TRADE PROMOTION EUROPE APPOINTS ITS FIRST SECRETARY-GENERAL

Trade Promotion Europe is pleased to announce that Pascale Rouhier has been appointed Secretary General of Trade Promotion Europe. Pascale Rouhier, an EU affairs specialist, brings more than 20 years of experience in EU trade association management, with a strong expertise in trade and trade promotion.
Tonia Van de Vyver, President of Trade Promotion Europe said ‘I am delighted to welcome Pascale to the team of Trade Promotion Europe and to take the organisation to the next level, with the support of all the members’.


With an academic background in political sciences and international trade law and economics, Pascale has more than twenty years of experience in Brussels, managing different European Trade Associations in the field of agriculture and food, trade and medical devices fields. Before joining Trade Promotion Europe, Pascale worked for CELCAA, the EU platform representing the trade in agri-food products, and EUROMCONTACT, the European association representing the medical devices’ contact lens and lens care products. Pascale Rouhier declared: “I am thrilled to start at Trade Promotion Europe and look forward to working with all members to collectively promote the role of the trade promotion organisations to serve the SMEs of Europe”.
